This after-action report (AAR) documents the New Orleans Flood Resilience Experiment, which was sponsored by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Science and Technology Directorate (S&T), and First Responders Group (FRG) in coordination with the city of New Orleans Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (NOHSEP) and Greater New Orleans, Inc. (GNO, Inc.). The experiment was the first of its kind under the S&T Flood Apex program, which is aimed at applying new and emerging technologies to improve community resilience from flood disasters. The report includes:
